I ordered the TenDlite because I had recurring plantar fascitis. Two years previously I had this in my other foot. A year of podiatric visits, ice, accupuncture, splints, boot and customized AFO later, it finally got better. I purchased the TenDlite a month after the pain started this time, and used it several times a day along with ice. I was able to attend a long conference with much walking and standing without debilitating pain. When I returned I had one visit to accupuncturist (who thought the lite was an interesting and possibly therapeutic adjunct). The pain was completely resolved within 12 weeks and has not returned in the past 6 months. I also use it regularly to help with back pain and arthritis in my thumb. My physical therapist even reminds me to use it between visits with him. I take this with me everywhere. It is small, compact and handy when my thumb pain flares. I love it!
