I was diagnosed with De Quervain's Tendinosis and after a lot of researh decided on this unit. It was also recommended by my therapist at the hospital as well. After one week I noted amazing results. There is such a difference. After a week the inflammation has gone so down, I have less pain. I still have three more sessions to go with therapy whih will be a breeze since the pain is about 85% gone. I would highly recommend this unit, it was delivered fast it has clear instrutions and a rechargeable battery. So traveling with the unit is so easy. I am glad I paid the extra money and a plus to get something that is FDA cleared as well.
