I initially gave two stars because I wrote to the company the day after receiving the device in the mail, and they weren't responding. It had been four days. I didn't know there isn't a customer service phone number before purchasing, and was disappointed in their lack of response. I was able to answer my own question this time, but was concerned about future issues and getting a response.
