I bought this product to reduce pain in my knee from an injury. I started using it a couple times a day for the first few days when I started noticing a big difference in the amount of pain. After that I cut back the usage to just one time a day for about a week. Now I only use it on my knee at needed which is sometime only once every week or two. It really does work.
