I did a lot of research regarding this product and others like it. I must say, I was initially skeptical. By far most of the reviews were all positive. So, I took a chance and bought it for my mom, who has been suffering from severe knee pain for about a year. It has now been a week since she has started using it and I have already received two phone calls from her, praising the product. Her pain was about an 8 out of 10 and now she says it about a 5. That is just in one week of treatment. She utilizes it twice per day. Pretty impressive. I would highly recommend this product.
