I'm amazed at how much it helps. I bought this item because I suffer chronic pain conditions and I thoroughly researched the item before my purchase. I expected expedient delivery, which I always get from Amazon; but what I didn't expect was any immediate relief. I was concerned because I have limited funds and this was a little pricey for me. I must say that it is a worthwhile investment. I would highly recommend it for anyone suffering from osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia. My fat, stiff right knee has improved tremendously, returning to almost normal size and function. I have only been using the unit for about 3 days. Thank you Lumina and Amazon!
