I don't know how this thing works--it's just magic or something. We have tried it on arthritic hands, knees, arms and legs and the pain goes away. It stays away for a few days. I was going to bed every night rubbing Australian Dream on my arthritic knee so that I could sleep, and I haven't had to do that since I started using the Tendlite. Tell me the magic secret?????
