This little unit works as advertised. Wear the shades! The manual says not to use if you have a pacemaker; it has no effect on mine and I do not use it near my pacemaker as a precaution. I think the warning is a standard FDA statement since I can't find any test reports about it. Buy this unit; you will not be disappointed. Be patient as it takes several treatments to relieve hard pain.
