Excellent Customer Service

I have arthritis in shoulders, elbows and knees. My doctor has recommended shoulder replacement surgery which I won't do. I purchased a TENDLITE in April of this year. It has been good at reliving pain and increasing mobility. A couple of weeks ago, the battery charger stopped working. I emailed TENDLITE's customer service and explained my problem. I received a response within a few hours and a replacement Power Kit (charger and 2 batteries) was shipped to me the same day. Both the Power Kit and shipping were free of charge. Customer service followed up to ensure that my problem was solved (which it was). I can attest that TENDLITE provides excellent customer service.
