I'm 65, been bone on bone since 2002, take Boswellia, cats claw, & Tumeric no pain. Went on vacation & went in Ot tub a mistake if you have arthritis, sollen knee couldn't bend it or walk without limping. Received the Tendite did 3 minutes in 1/2 inch movements around both knees.
