I really did not expect this to work and it did. I have sciatica/inflammation in my lower back and buttocks area. I usually do bee venom shots with my naturopath which works wonders (if you have inflammation/arthritis please do bee venom shots). I was traveling and didn't want to go home to do my bee venom shots. So, I ordered this gem. At first I felt immediate relief. But the pain came back. It took a little over two weeks for me to walk normally again. I feel the more I use it, the more my pain goes away. I did stop using for 5 days and the pain crept back up. I'm not sure how long to use it for it to go away or if it will. If I use it every night, I'm fine in the day. Helpful tip: I propped mine up on pillows to keep it in place, it gets tiring to hold it up yourself. Do it while watching a movie or tv show! Good luck!
