My wife and I are 58 years old and suffer from chronic knee pain; mine from athletic overuse and hers from osteo arthritis. We purchased this item two and a half weeks ago and have been impressed with the results. I can't say that this is the singular factor in our dramatic improvement, but added to our regimen of Osteo Bi-flex and Schwartz Bioresearch Turmeric/Biotin supplements we have seen an impressive reduction in pain and I think it pushed us over the top. I was wearing knee braces every day but have not needed them in the last ten days. My wife's knee pain had her on the couch with ice packs most evenings but she hasn't needed them lately. Now, I can't say that everyone will see the same results as we did, but we think this treatment has worked very well for us. By the way, we do two daily Tendlite treatments on the knees along with four of the turmeric capsules morning and night and the recommended dosage of Osteo-Bi-flex each morning.
