I been in pain from arthritis and fibromyalgia to the point of spending days in bed. My quality of life was very bleak! I have used this almost 3 weeks now and my pain is considerably less I am slowly regaining strength back . I used to have constant Charlie horses all day long in feet now those are going away. I am not 100% free of pain but it is enough to get more done and enjoy more life. I think this product is great but I am going to make one suggestion to the company. It is hard to reach my upper back so if you could create one with a slightly larger light with a long curved handle it would be a great addition also have the option to buy a extra pair of glasses. I have recommended this to a few people that I know. This would be worth it to buy.
