I dont write many reviews. I am always too busy to be bothered but wanted to take a moment to write up this item. I am extremely happy with the purchase. The customer service was excellent. I bought two of these to use at work. I work in an alternative healthcare clinic. One had a faulty battery charger and I emailed the company expecting a reply within 24-48 hours. They emailed me back promptly and sent me a new battery charger which arrived within 2 days. Everyone I have used this on has been very happy with it. I used it on myself and I felt pain relief immediately. I have spasmed muscles in my quads from limping due to arthritic knees. The tendlite also helped with a couple of hotspots I have at the knees. I've had arthritis for years. I cant take NSAIDS so it was so wonderful to find something that helps. My husband just ordered another one so we could have one at home. It helps him with his leg pain. I dont care if it's a placebo or not. It helps and that's whats important to me.
