I bought this for my 94-year-old father, who was interested in getting a product like this to help with his arthritis/gout pain in his hands. He started the treatments on a Thursday, and by the next Sunday, he said the pain was less severe than before starting the treatments. Before treatment, he could barely move his left hand and it was so painful that he had trouble sleeping at night. On Sunday, he was able to use his hand and he was sleeping better. He is doing a one-minute treatment, 3 times a day, I believe. The device manual was easy to read and my father was able to figure out how to use it on his own, so it's not difficult or complicated to use. I believe that at this point, he is very pleased with his experience with this product.
