Been using this device for two weeks three times a day. I have seen some improvement in my shoulder area. I will continue to use until the three weeks is up. I will continue to use the device until shoulder is better. Yes it does work, but as others have mentioned, it takes longer to heal tendons, ligaments and deep tears
