I bought this device because the dog has 5 blown disk so lots of back pain and its going to be a life long commitment for pain control. The vet used a class 4 red light therapy device, and after 2 treatments my dog was acting like a puppy again at age 8. The vet tec had this unit and highly recommended it, she uses after running.
