Nicely packaged red light therapy system. Works on 1 minute sessions, small, but highly effective for what it's designed for. I found relief within the first couple of series of sessions. Small adjustments around painful joints was effective for me. I used it on my shoulder, spine and hips in conjunction with diet and chiropractic care to speed recovery from aggravated old injuries.
