I'm a medical professional and was quite skeptical about this product, but after trying it myself - I have to admit that it does work! My husband and I both use it on our arthritic hands. The effect is almost immediate. Granted, it's not a permanent pain fix, but then neither is most anything else. I would definitely purchase again. The company also has very good follow up and it's nice to see a company that cares about what their buyers think.
