I haven't used it for very long, but I can feel it doing something. My foot an my knee pain do seem to be getting better over the last few days of using it. I am also planning on trying it on my elderly dog. I don't expect a miracle on a 13 yr old pooch with bad elbow and knee arthritis, but I hope to give here a little pain relief.
