This is a great product. It is a little smaller than what I thought that it would be, but it is adequate for use. I have been using it for about a week and it seems to be helping my TMJ pain. It was recommended to me by my chiropractor to help with my inflammation from a whiplash injury. The product info says to give it up to 3 weeks to see results. I am hoping that it continues to show improvement in my jaw pain.
